As their business continues to grow, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Preventive Maintenance Lead Technician to join their team in Atlanta, GA . Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of technicians in performing preventive maintenance on industrial and hydronic boilers. Train entry-level technicians on boiler shutdown, opening, annual maintenance, closing, and proper startup procedures. Conduct monthly safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards. Perform hydro testing , combustion analysis , and troubleshoot issues involving boilers, deaerators, feed tanks, and pumps. Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate clearly using industry-standard terminology. Collaborate with the coordinator to ensure appropriate staffing for all maintenance tasks. Maintain exceptional attention to detail and recommend additional service needs beyond the initial scope of work. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Lead Boiler Maintenance Technician . Expertise in industrial and hydronic boiler systems , preventive maintenance, and repairs. Strong troubleshooting skills, especially related to hydro testing and combustion analysis. Ability to train and coach entry-level technicians in technical procedures and safety practices. Excellent customer service abilities and professional communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for recommending additional services and repairs. Preferred Experience Hands-on experience with manufacturers like Cleaver Brooks, Hurst, Kewanee, Superior, Fulton, Johnston, York Shipley , and others.
