This is a key leadership role responsible for managing service advisors, ensuring a smooth and efficient drive process, maximizing profitability, and delivering world-class service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coach all service advisors to achieve department performance targets Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely updates, and issue resolution Manage workflow, appointment scheduling, and repair order accuracy Monitor and improve advisor productivity, CSI scores, and service retention Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM guidelines, and safety procedures Actively write service tickets and support advisors during peak times
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Prior experience as a service drive manager, assistant service manager, or lead advisor Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mindset Proven track record in CSI, upselling maintenance work, and managing high volumes Knowledge of CDJR systems and procedures preferred, but not required A hands-on approach and ability to lead by example
