provides overall leadership,supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operatingstandards to positively impact business results and exceed theguest experience.

Requirements:
21+ years of age 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance;knowledge of bowling/pinsetters is a plus! Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250lbs.), climb ladders, and possess the strength required to repair,clean, and maintain the facility machines and equipment Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guestexperience True leadership capabilities Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment withdistracting conditions Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing,regarding all job responsibilities Typical work week: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm,weekends and evenings as needed, and on call for emergencies duringbusiness hoursWhat will you be doing daily? Developing and leading a team of 3-6 hourly team members toexceed guest’s expectations Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facilityequipment Performing all scheduled and maintenance duties and respondingto trouble calls Demonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive guestexperiences and providing hands-on training to techniciansPERKS!
