Summary As a Center Manager at Taylor’s Collision, you will oversee daily operations in our fast-paced shop located in the heart of the community. This role is vital to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring that every vehicle is restored to the highest standards. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the collision center, ensuring efficiency and quality. Lead and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet customer demands. Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any concerns promptly. Oversee inventory management, including ordering parts and supplies as needed. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. Oversee estimate are written accurately, fair, and in a timely manner. Requirements Proven experience in automotive service or collision repair management. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in auto body repair. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
