Grounds Maintenance Manager Horizon Outdoors Lawrenceville, GA 30044
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of landscape workers
- Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging
- Perform groundskeeping duties, such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure efficient and high-quality work
Experience:
- Clean drives license
- Must be able to drive truck and trailer
- Proven experience in garden and landscape maintenance
- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices and lawn care techniques
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
