Education:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in B2B services in a manufacturing/technological environment. Minimum of 3 years of experience in after-sales, maintenance, or production. Blow molding experience

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Experience with SAP is desired.

salary:

$85,000 – $98,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Prepare, execute, and manage maintenance agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction through the timely and complete delivery of the agreed scope. Regularly report to customers on job progress and performance. Review scope, PRU, and performance KPIs (if any) at the start of the agreement. Track costs, manage margin deviations, and ensure profitability throughout the agreement. Hold regular meetings with customers to report on contract activities and progress. Ensure planning compliance, work quality, and performance achievements. Plan and coordinate field activities, spare parts deliveries, and overall supply in line with the agreement (including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency interventions, technical visits, trainings, line audits, etc.). Ensure compliance with safety procedures and corporate guidelines. Collaborate with financial region controllers to validate sales recognition, industrial margin, and overall agreement profitability. Identify upselling opportunities for additional services and revise contractual scope, invoicing, and PRU accordingly. Manage maintenance agreement warranty costs and interventions as per relevant processes. Oversee add-ons sold during the agreement period, such as TPM acceleration programs, customer training, line audits, and line improvements.
