We currently seek a Maintenance Supervisor to help support our Facilities Department in our Norcross location. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage relationships with contractors and service providers Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary Monitor critical systems of facilities to ensure functionality Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities Manage and direct day-to-day Trades personnel work assignments Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required Ensure health and safety policies are in compliance

HAZWOPER

Certified Allocate workload and supervise janitorial and landscaping staff. Use in-house CMMS to create, manage and report day-to-day work assignments and preventive maintenance activities Coordinate off-hours and weekend work Participate in the on-call duty roster for critical or emergency events Perform other related duties as required.

Key qualifications:

5+ years of maintenance leadership in progressive roles; 7+ years in a manufacturing environment Six-sigma Green/Black Belt Certification and Lean Certification a plus Knowledge of Fiber Optic Industry desirable SAP Experience preferred Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and Power Point; Acute ability to understand and use data for continuous improvement Experience working in a Union environment Working at
