Maintenance Supervisor The Aurora @ Twenty Seven Hundred Apartments 2700 Park Crossing Way NW, Lilburn, GA 30047 Our company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic, growing team at The Aurora @ Twenty Seven Hundred apartment community! In addition to your hourly wage, our company offers a monthly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability coverage. Paid time off includes paid holidays, vacation, and sick. We also offer a 20% rent discount. The Maintenance Supervisor will manage and participate in the day-to-day maintenance of our 280 unit apartment community. Primary duties include completing service/work orders, HVAC troubleshooting/repair, appliance troubleshooting/repair, preventative maintenance, and managing the maintenance staff and the maintenance function. Additional responsibilities include apartment turns and pool/grounds maintenance. Candidate must possess a working knowledge of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall repair. The chosen candidate must have the ability to be on-call and must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Required Qualifications:
HVAC/EPA
Certification 3+ years experience in apartment maintenance 2+ years of supervisory experience Driver’s License High School or equivalent Must have your own tools Must have reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
May be exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying (light to heavyweight material/appliances/ equipment), climbing ladders/stairs, and walking on rooftops Must have normal range of hearing, vision, color discrimination, and depth perception for proper operation of machines and equipment Requires the use of appropriate safety equipment (e.g., back belts, goggles, masks, gloves, etc.) This position requires occasional lifting of 50-100 lbs. and frequent lifting of 10-50 lbs.
