Kia Mall of Georgia is looking for an experienced Service Lane Manager to lead our dynamic service drive. What You’ll Do:
Manage daily operations of the service lane to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience Coach and support service advisors to exceed performance and CSI targets Monitor open repair orders, ensure proper documentation, and close tickets in a timely manner Prioritize vehicles with rentals and ensure work is completed efficiently Collaborate with technicians, parts department, and warranty administrator to expedite repairs Drive sales performance through effective communication, upselling, and follow-up Enforce company policies and ensure high levels of professionalism and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
Previous automotive service lane or advisor management experience required Strong leadership and coaching ability Excellent communication, organization, and customer handling skills Proficient with DMS systems (DealerBuilt knowledge a plus) A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting
