MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring effective performance and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance strategies. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and voltmeters to troubleshoot electrical problems and maintain high voltage systems. Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing equipment failures and implementing repairs. Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operation of machinery. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management. Train team members on best practices in industrial maintenance, safety standards, and equipment operation. Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals and enhance overall productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance management within an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage applications. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and voltmeters. Excellent understanding of schematics and technical drawings related to maintenance tasks. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively, showcasing leadership qualities that inspire productivity. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining equipment reliability. Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
