Experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Phase Housing Management LLC 211 12th St, Columbus, GA 31901 A growing property management group is looking for a full-time maintenance supervisor for a multi-family property in Columbus, GA. If you have previous experience with leading a team, handling apartment make readies and various maintenance issues, then we would like to speak with you! Experience with HUD and market properties a plus. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. An ideal candidate would have 3+ years of maintenance experience in the multi-family industry, and be able to complete work orders and apartment turnovers in a timely manner.
