This is a direct hire opportunity offering up to $65/hour . Ideal candidates will have strong leadership experience, an active A&P License, and extensive hands-on maintenance experience with Gulfstream aircraft. Duties Lead and supervise a team of A&P Mechanics performing inspections, maintenance, and heavy checks on Embraer aircraft. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving aircraft systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics). Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, OEM maintenance manuals, and internal procedures. Oversee maintenance planning, documentation, work sign-offs, and quality control. Coordinate with operations, quality assurance, and materials teams to support efficient project execution. Maintain a safe, organized, and FAA-compliant hangar environment. Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an A&P Mechanic performing scheduled maintenance on Gulfstream aircraft. (7+ years preferred) Minimum of 2 years’ of leadership experience working as a Lead Mechanic, Crew Chief, or Supervisor for Gulfstream aircraft Active A&P License – REQUIRED Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Must be able to pass a background check and respond within 24 hours of contact.
