Responsible for leading preventative and routine maintenance of electrical service distribution, fire alarm maintenance, nurse call systems, paging systems, and all items related to electrical work. Completes all paperwork associated with each job while providing excellent customer service to all.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of the electrical distribution systems. Assists in the development and training of Maintenance Technicians. Performs in a lead role on assigned projects. Exercises preventative maintenance on life safety equipment. Maintains and completes required paperwork. Performs monthly testing of generators and transfer switches. Attends required OSHA and shop meetings.
Required Minimum Education:
High School Diploma OR GED Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s): All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
Georgia Driver’s License Required Minimum Experience:
