Industrial Maintenance Technician salary:

$66,560 – $81,120 per year shift: First work hours: 6 AM – 2:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair equipment including piping, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Connect electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic lines to machinery Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, including line-side chillers Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, robotic, and PLC systems using manuals and schematics Maintain inventory of repair tools, spare parts, and supplies Fabricate jigs and tools as needed for production support Develop preventive maintenance schedules with assembly/fabrication teams Participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce unscheduled downtime Ensure work complies with all company safety policies and procedures Diagnose and repair computer-controlled systems, robotic devices, and VFDs Perform system diagnostics, calibration, and equipment adjustments Use CMMS software and tools to manage maintenance tasks Design, service, and troubleshoot control systems from electromechanical devices to PLC-controlled robotics Support machine shop and tool & die repair activities as needed Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned Maintain a consistently satisfactory disciplinary record The essential functions of this role include: wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 50lbs Skills Mechanical Maintenance Electronic Maintenance Maintenance Blueprints Electrical Troubleshooting Hydraulics Pneumatics PLC Robotics Tool and Die Qualifications Years of experience: 9 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
