We?re seeking a boots-on-the-ground Maintenance Manager who?s just as comfortable with a wrench as they are with a whiteboard.

Role Summary:

As our Maintenance Manager, you?ll lead a skilled team of technicians while staying personally involved in daily repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position that blends leadership with hands-on execution. You?ll be responsible for equipment uptime, food safety compliance, and optimizing maintenance processes across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a maintenance team; delegate tasks while remaining actively involved on the floor Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain meat processing equipment (e.g., slicers, grinders, conveyors, packaging systems) Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, and GMP standards Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors and contractors Collaborate with production and sanitation departments to coordinate repair windows and support throughput Maintain accurate documentation through a CMMS or other maintenance tracking system Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and equipment reliability

Qualifications:
