JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the facility maintenance programs.
MAJOR DUTIES
Manage parts and consumable inventory through the
EAM/ INFOR CMMS
system Cross reference, identify or specify suitable substitution parts/components as necessary Manage the Preventative Maintenance program and assign work orders to the maintenance technicians and other team members Develop parts kits for planned maintenance work orders Generate inventory reports, projections, and quotes. Assist Maintenance Manager and Supervisor on project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Assist in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with internal and external customers and contacts. Research continuous improvement initiatives, programs, operational upgrades, and regulatory requirements. Assess project risks, issues and/or concerns and provide solutions where applicable. Prepare status, compliance and other reports and maintain databases. Provide administrative support. Facilitate meetings, document responsibilities and minutes and distribute to all project team members. Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of Microsoft office programs and the ability to master other programs Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills High School degree or equivalent. Proficient computer skills required.
