Maintanence Supervisor The Landings Holdco LLC 1 Hunter’s Chase Circle, Thomasville, GA 31792 Job Summary The Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance operations within our Property. This position is responsible for ensuring the property is taken care of., leading a team of contractors as needed, and implementing effective maintenance strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, Unit Turns, Hvac and Plumbing expertise in overall property maintenance, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance/Contractor team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Conduct regular inspections of Units and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Manage maintenance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Repair Hvac units and maintain plumbing Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff on best practices in maintenance and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management. Skills Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Strong background in industrial maintenance practices, including knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC and Plumbing Experience in maintenance management with an emphasis on project management skillss Ability to supervise a diverse team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency within our proeprty.
