Reliability/Maintenance Supervisor Position Available In Wilkes, Georgia

Our client in Washington, GA is looking for a Reliability/Maintenance Supervisor to join their growing team! This is a Monday-Friday position with on-call weekend hours as necessary. Ideally this person has experience working with industrial electronic equipment; motors, drives, controls, starters, lights, power, communication, and PLC’s. $80,000 – $90,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5

High SchoolResponsibilities Supervise maintenance personnel in the execution of the maintenance and repair of plant equipment. Participate in daily scheduling/check-in meetings. Coordinate maintenance activities for schedule maintenance breakers. Conduct daily job walk-downs to ensure safe, high quality, and efficient maintenance and repairs are being performed by craftspeople, including jobsite clean-up. Ensure maintenance job status entries, and job feedback to Operations is completed on a daily basis Conduct daily toolbox and job status/feedback meetings with maintenance personnel. Process invoices for services. Must have knowledge of computers, PLCs, etc. Support the department s adherence to established Lean Manufacturing objectives. Provide technical assistance to support all site maintenance activities. Facilitate administrative issues, including timekeeping, overtime, training, progression plan, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions. Provide input for shop training and development needs. Facilitate shop 5S activities and improvement initiatives. Submit drawings to Engineering for any revisions/updates. Provide technical assistance to support all site maintenance activities. Order/receive/track necessary material (internal/external) to support maintenance activities. Must have the ability to climb stairs, sit or stand for extended periods, squat, kneel, walk for extended distances, and be able to lift and/or carry 50 pounds. Active support of all EH&S policies and procedures.
