Area Maintenance Manager We are looking for an Area Maintenance manager to join our Site Services team in Geismar, LA. Come create chemistry with us! This role leads the mechanical maintenance team supporting Utilities, WWTP, Infrastructure, EO, and Fuel Additives. You will oversee BASF and contract employees to ensure safe, efficient execution of routine, turnaround, and outage maintenance. As part of the Utilities & Infrastructure leadership team, you will drive a culture of safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement. Overseeing talent development, succession planning, and workforce engagement. Ensuring technical capabilities meet reliability targets and business needs.
