Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Magnolia Trace Apartment Homes in Alexandria, Louisiana is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of maintenance related experience including but not limited to; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Weekend availability and call out time on a rotating basis is required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and assist in the apartment make ready process for vacant units Completion of assigned work orders for repairs and improvements Must be competent in all phases of maintenance including appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pools, irrigation systems, etc. Property and vacant unit inspections Maintain adequate inventory of parts and supplies Work with the Property Manager to stay within the budget guidelines in regards to expenditures Maintain adequate HVAC, and pool maintenance logs Ensures the parts and storage areas are organized and secured Use of basic hand tools and power tools Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 year of apartment/multi-family experience Minimum 5 years of maintenance specific experience Customer service oriented Strong interpersonal and communication skills Vintage Realty Company provides a competitive benefits & compensation package.
