Maintenance Supervisor House of Raeford Louisiana LLC Arcadia, LA 71001 We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in a fast-paced poultry processing plant. This role is crucial in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and optimizing plant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, and team leadership.
Requirements:
3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment (poultry preferred). Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems . Experience with PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and refrigeration systems is a plus. Proficiency in CMMS (SAP, Maximo, or similar systems) . Understanding of OSHA regulations, food safety standards, and GMPs . Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment . Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
