The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Operation Management, with a focus on operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure optimal performance. Duties Lead and manage operations to ensure smooth daily functioning. Conduct repairs or coordinate with vendors when needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and workstations. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
