EXAMPLE OF DUTIES 1.
Plans, prepares and implements job tasks approved by Division Manager.2. Interprets policies procedures for staff. Screens applicants, interviews, and recommends new hires, promotions, raises and other personnel needs.3. Prepares, approves, updates, handles, and submits, as needed, personnel discipline, personnel records, and payroll information.4. Meets with contractors and oversees their performance on maintenance work.5. Develops budgetary, management and personnel requirements and practices of the division.6. Prepares and maintains reports and records including work schedules, work orders, supply requests, equipment requests, and inventory. Maintains operation and expense records of equipment.7. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Physical Requirements. 1. May work in office environment while sitting at a desk or computer terminal for varied periods of time or while standing for varied periods of time.2. Constant use of both hands in reaching / handling / grasping / fingering while performing duties and operating computers.3. Occasional heavy work includes lifting, carrying or moving up to 50 pounds. Occasionally ascends / descends stairs and other inclines while maintaining balance. Occasional bending, twisting at knees, waist and neck.4. Constant use of all senses including feeling, talking, hearing, seeing while performing duties and communicating with co-workers, general public and completing all tasks as assigned. 5.
