• with tools & work truck We are a busy property management company looking for a Life-Time Jack of All (well seasoned) Tradesman. Apartment/house make readies and extensive plumbing are the regular orders of the day. HVAC
• EPA universal certified required
• and must have extensive plumbing experience (sweating pipe is required) to apply.

Must be experienced in:

• HVAC
• Plumbing (sweating pipe is required)
• Electrical
• Drywall (repairs and complete installation, required)
• Refrigeration knowledge and appliance repair of all kinds
• Carpentry to include but not limited to framing doors, installing cabinets and applying quarter round etc.
• Maintenance and handling work orders for multiple properties in different locations
• Remodeling as in bringing to life an old dilapidated property back to life
• Service Technician Experience
• Wearing a uniform, customer relations, making repairs, troubleshooting and clean up all while resident is occupying a space etc.
• Troubleshooting Experience in all areas listed above.
• Handyman
• the willingness to meet all needed situations with a can do attitude. Calling the necessary craftsman when required. Seeking team support and knowledge when needed.
• Vehicle and hand Tools (Required to apply)
• Equipment Repair knowledge is required.
