High School Diploma or GED 5 plus years experience managing maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance. 2 plus years experience supervising and leading maintenance and/or housekeeping teams. Strong knowledge of safety, senior housing regulations, building codes, and OSHA standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
