One ofCajun Country’s most respected food brands is on the hunt for aSenior Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead the charge inpreventive maintenance , equipment reliability , and capitalproject management . This isn’t about holding the fort — this isabout building a high-performing maintenance team , optimizingplant operations , and delivering results that show up in thebottom line .
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering , Electrical Engineering , or equivalent.7 years in maintenance leadership or engineering management withina manufacturing environment , preferably food & beverage or CPG . 5years of direct supervisory experience leading technical teams.
Proven track record managing CapEx projects from concept throughexecution. Strong knowledge of CMMS software , reliability-centeredmaintenance (RCM), lean manufacturing , and root cause analysis(RCA) . Understanding of food packaging machinery , processequipment , and sanitation standards. PMP certification and/or SixSigma training is a major plus. Familiarity with
FDA , USDA
, and
GFSI /SQF
food safety protocols is highly desirable.
