Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction estimating, quality control, supervising maintenance staff. Certifications in one of the following would be a plus, but not mandatory: Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, Electrical.
Duties:
Supervise and manage maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations Develop and implement maintenance procedures to maximize efficiency Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and meet standard inspection requirements Oversee construction projects, including estimating costs and managing timelines Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment Review schematics and blueprints to guide maintenance activities Implement quality control measures to uphold standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a maintenance leadership role Strong understanding of construction estimating and project management Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols Excellent supervisory skills to lead a team effectively This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic maintenance team in a fast-paced environment.
