The Ideal Candidate:
High school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years building maintenance experience. Prior work experience in a healthcare facility (nursing home or hospital) is preferred. Basic understanding of general repair, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ability to repair minor mechanical equipment. Knowledge of safety requirements and regulations.
