Maintenance Supervisor Full-time maintenance position for Maintenance Supervisor. The job description includes but may not be limited to the following duties. Supervise and train maintenance staff. Supervise and assist with repairs, make readies, ordering material, and scheduling sub-contractors. Scheduling of maintenance staff’s daily and weekly duties and routine maintenance. Prepare purchase order requests. Control inventory of equipment, supplies and tools. Update vendor pricing and monitor quality of products Monitor the grounds, common areas, and building with respect of overall maintenance issues.
Job Requirements:
Must display very good organization and time management skills Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Ability to motivate and encourage others Inventory control skills Ability to effectively present information and answer questions Ability to schedule and prioritize tasks Ability to complete the scheduled quantity of work necessary to meet deadlines
