Service Manager BCI Baton Rouge, LA 70817 Seeking a personable service manager for a family company that values our employees and pays great people great money. We offer flexibility and opportunities to learn new skills. This individual would be responsible for customer contact and overseeing the service and repair of equipment in a 3+ technician shop. - Create a positive customer experience for the work done in the service department.
- Oversee the service and repair of outdoor power equipment in a 3+ technician shop.
- Make sure the shop is set every night for the next day’s work.
- Measure the performance daily of both the technician efficiency and the recovery rate of the shop overall.
- Work every day to improve the service processes.
- Work with Sale to expedite any work that needs to happen in the shop
- File warranty claims daily or as needed
- Build a team of positive, motivated service professionals.
Required Experience 5+ years managing a successful service department. Automotive repair/service writing, or service department.
Pay:
