We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of quality service. You will be expected to lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in building maintenance, service department, and line maintenance Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Experience in automotive repair and body shop
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience in managing a team of technicians Certification in automotive repair and maintenance
Responsibilities:
