Owner Who You Are:

We are currently searching for a Field Supervisor to join our team who will be a culture champion and will relentlessly pursue superior client service. Due to retirement, we need a replacement. You will report directly to your Field Manager and will offer a unique blend of both transformational and transactional relationship management in all areas of service to our customers and technicians. It’s perfect for a service leader who is passionate about people and business development, loves to connect with customers, rolls up their sleeves, and knows how to come up with creative solutions to get the job done. In this role, you will be able to jump in and make an immediate impact. Specifically, you will: First and foremost, resonate with our mission, vision, and values as an organization and foster a culture of accountability within our workforce that reflects these values. Preferred to reside or currently resides in Florida, Mississippi, or Louisiana. Utilize your 3+ years of Supervision, Staffing, Customer Service, Electronics Troubleshooting, Technical Leadership, and equipment maintenance experience, along with your proven track record of hands-on experience in the Maintenance Field. Working collaboratively with internal teams (operations, service technicians, etc.) to create, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and Technicians. Conducts regular check-ins/ support and reviews with Technicians to assess performance and identify improvement areas. Meet maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, and quality; and resolving problems. Improve the function and reliability of the team and systems by studying performance results, identifying, recommending changes, expansions, and additions. Accomplish maintenance human resource objectives by coaching, counseling, communicating job expectations, monitoring, and adhering to policies and procedures. Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations. Must be willing to visit Sites/Store sites, Tech visits, and travel 3-4 times a year or more ( out of town)
