Job Duties The Assistant Service Center Manager would assist the ServiceCenter Manager in overseeing the Service Technicians and theAutomotive Service Center. The Assistant Service Center Managerwill be responsible for: Resolving customer issues Providing technical assistance and training for servicetechnicians and advisors Supervising Service Center associates Performing Technician responsibilities as needed Demontrating awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention andsafety policies. Qualifications Must possess a valid driver’s license Great communication skills Prior Automotive Maintenance experience is preferred Prior supervisory experience preferred Prior Retail experience preferred Able to work evenings when needed and at least every otherweekend Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and backgroundchecks Able to attain an ASE Certification in A4 Steering andSuspension and A5 brakes within one year of hire date Must possess or have the ability to obtain forkliftcertification Ability to read and speak English and communicate withcustomers and co-workers •Michigan Stores Only• ASE A4 and A6 Certifications requiredfor Tech Level II and ASE A3, A4, A5 and A6 Certifications requiredfor Tech Level III OR equivalent Michigan certifications.
