We areseeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician forour operations. This role is integral to our production efficiencyand the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring thatour machinery and equipment are always in optimal workingcondition. You will be part of a dynamic team that is instrumentalin maintaining the smooth running of our production processes. Ifyou are a self-starter who thrives in a challenging environment,enjoys problem-solving and has a strong technical background,particularly in Electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems, this jobis for you. You will be the backbone of our production line,ensuring that our operations run seamlessly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of machinery andequipment to identify potential issues and fix them before theyescalate. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipmentrunning efficiently. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioningmachinery and equipment. Interpret and implement technicalinstruction, blueprints, and diagrams. Work closely with theproduction team to understand equipment needs and plan maintenancework accordingly. Respond to emergency breakdowns and performimmediate repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate andup-to-date maintenance records. Adhere to all safety protocols andprocedures to ensure a safe working environment. Stay updated onindustry trends and advancements in technology to proposeimprovements in maintenance processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing orProduction industry. Proven expertise in Electrical, PLC, andmechanical systems. Proficient in preventive maintenance andequipment repair. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solvingskills. Excellent understanding of safety protocols in themanufacturing industry. Ability to interpret technicalinstructions, blueprints, and diagrams. Strong communication andteamwork skills. Ability to work independently and make sounddecisions. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

Must be willing to work night shifts and be on-call foremergencies. Relevant certification or degree in a technical fieldis preferred. Interested in hearing more?
