Service Manager (Heavy Equipment) (part of Adecco) 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Belle Chasse, LA 70037 Entegee Engineering is hiring a Service Manager with expertise in Heavy Equipment to lead service operations, manage customer relations, and oversee technician work.
Service Manager Job Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in heavy construction equipment management or product support Experience with mobile hydraulic and crawler cranes required Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with scheduling and expediting the turnaround of a rental fleet Lead all service operations including customer relations and P&L budgeting Ensure superior aftermarket service and support for parts, technical service, and related customer requirements Oversee technician’s work area and prioritize work orders Negotiate warranty settlements and administer product warranty program Coordinate efforts with sales & marketing staff Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
