Director of Maintenance and Custodial Services Position Available In St. Tammany, Louisiana

Director of Maintenance and Custodial Services The St. Tammany Parish School Board is now accepting applications for a Director of Maintenance and Custodial Services. This is a twelve (12) month position with a salary range of $87,845-$126,095 based on experience.

Qualifications for this position are:

A minimum of (5) five years of professional experience in the supervision of maintenance services at the management level with experience in supervising at least twenty (20) employees and multiple job sites; ability to prepare reports required for the efficient operation and performance of the department; experience with managing budgets; ability to coordinate activities of numerous groups of maintenance, custodial, and labor workers in performing specialized construction, maintenance, and custodial activities; high school diploma or GED required. Candidates must submit to a background check and fingerprinting.
