The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various systems and equipment. This role requires leadership skills as well as the capability to supervise maintenance activities effectively. The Maintenance professional will play a crucial role in ensuring that all facilities are operating efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Maintain and repair mechanical systems, ensuring optimal functionality. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance tasks and schedules. Fabricate parts or components as necessary to support maintenance operations. Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in daily tasks. Perform welding tasks as required for repairs or fabrications. Conduct residential painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards of facilities. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all maintenance activities. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles. Proficiency in using CMMS for effective task management. Experience in welding and fabrication techniques is preferred. Leadership abilities with experience supervising teams or projects. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics accurately.
