Director of Maintenance Qualifications:
Primary series of the
COVID-19
vaccine required Must have four years of experience in a maintenance position. Nursing home experience is required. HVAC certification is preferred. Knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, and generators. Knowledgeable in various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to interpret blueprints. Knowledgeable in safety regulations and building codes. Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc.
