Building Maintenance Supervisor Confidential Presque Isle, ME 04769

Pay:

$25/hour Monday-Friday (7am-1pm) 30 hours per week Duties will include: supervise preventive maintenance contracts and vendors for HVAC, building controls, electrical repairs, lawn care, snow removal, janitorial, etc. A working knowledge of building mechanical systems is required. Should be familiar with using hand tools, power tools and experience with basic renovations/remodeling is required. The ability to replace a window, install flooring and non-structural demolition is required, as well as all other duties as assigned. This job is a combination of supervising vendors who do licensed work and the other half the time doing physical labor at the facility (painting, carpentry, installing furniture, shoveling sidewalks, fixing doors, etc. A typical day might include troubleshooting HVAC issues, making changes in the building control systems, changing locks on a door and repairing a leaky faucet. Must have the ability to communicate with co-workers, clients, contractors, and others as you will be working in a professional office building environment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds
