Maintenance Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Supervisor to lead our mechanical maintenance program. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our Maintenance Mechanic and ensuring the repair, optimization, and reliability of automated production and packaging equipment. The Mechanical Supervisor will maintain equipment and facility in top working order, prioritizing and completing all repairs and maintenance needs efficiently and in accordance with regulations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance. Oversee the repair and maintenance of automated production and packaging equipment. Ensure the facility is maintained in top working order. Prioritize and complete all repairs and maintenance needs in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with technicians for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Manage maintenance supervision and ensure compliance with FDA regulations. Essential Skills Expertise in mechanical systems, pneumatics, and troubleshooting. Experience in preventive maintenance and repair. Proficiency in PLC programming and automation. Knowledge of FDA regulations and packaging engineering. Strong understanding of electrical systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in an FDA-regulated facility. 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead position. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00
