What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead, support, and motivate your shift’s maintenance crew Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical/electrical issues Manage preventative maintenance schedules and repairs Ensure safety and compliance with company and OSHA standards Work hands-on when needed, while training and mentoring others Collaborate with production, QA, and engineering to meet plant goals Keep detailed shift reports and maintenance records ✅
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance 2+ years in a supervisory or lead maintenance role Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, & pneumatic systems Familiarity with PLCs, automation , and diagnostic tools Great communication and leadership skills Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed High school diploma or GED required; technical training/certifications a plus ????
