The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in facilities management, ensuring that all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage a team of skilled technicians. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks. Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical systems, ensuring proper functionality of low voltage and high voltage systems. Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Train and mentor team members on best practices in maintenance management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance or facilities management environment. Strong understanding of logic controllers and electrical systems, with hands-on experience using voltmeters and ohmmeters. Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Familiarity with project management principles as they relate to maintenance operations. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in high voltage environments is preferred.
