We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help us keep our properties in top condition. Job Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks across multiple residential properties Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Handle drywall, painting, flooring, and general carpentry repairs Conduct regular property inspections and preventative maintenance Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders Assist with unit turnovers, including various types of repair work Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and codes Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Requirements Proven maintenance or handyman experience (2+ years preferred) Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role Strong problem-solving and communication skills Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Ability to keep a clean and organized work space Experience in AppFolio is a plus, but not required. Ability to navigate apps and management platforms on tablets, mobile phone, and computers. On-call availability for emergency repairs (as needed)
