Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring team members follow the proper functioning and upkeep of our City infrastructure. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems.

Duties:

• Perform and supervise routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: inspecting, cleaning of machinery, and adjusting equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
• Supervise and conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs
• Supervise water line repairs and new installation
• Supervise road repairs and drainage
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members
• Assist and supervise facilities maintenance projects as assigned
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Experience:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Heavy Equipment Certifications/Experience a Plus!!
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
