Senior Substation Maintenance Planner Position Available In Hinds, Mississippi

Job Description A client of insight Global is looking for a Senior Substation Maintenance Planner to join their team in the Kansas City metro area. The Senior Planner would work directly under the Substation Planning & Scheduling Manager. This role supports the planning and coordination of substation maintenance to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Regional Scheduler and Supervisor to develop complete work packages, including:
• Improve equipment reliability through pre-job planning, including:
• Prioritize and manage maintenance tasks based on risk to equipment, safety, reliability, and the environment.
• Support reliability initiatives such as PM Optimization, RCM , and Root Cause Analysis.

Continuously improve planning processes using best practices and field feedback.
