JOB GOAL:
Provide general maintenance to buildings, grounds, and be able to follow oral or written directions. Must have the ability to establish and maintain an effective working relations with coworkers, supervisor, administrators, faculty and staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or General Education Certificate (GED)
- Preferred
- Three or more years’ maintenance experience
- Preferred
- Valid Mississippi driver license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently, 75 to 100+ pounds with assistance
- Frequent walking, and standing
- Work inside and outside environmental conditions, including noise and hazard
