Lead Maintenance Supervisor Deville Apartments 15491 Highway 39 N, De Kalb, MS 39328 The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the maintenance department and 88 multi-family apartment units. Required tasks include, but is not limited to supervision of staff, scheduling tasks, focus on preventative maintenance, daily maintenance upkeep, scheduling and routine work assignments. Candidate should have a good working knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing and electrical experience. HVAC certification is a huge plus. All benefits are paid by the company. A 401-K retirement program with a 4% match is offered. The management company is very proactive when it comes to training, education and keeping up with industry trends and changes. Hours are 8-5, Monday- Friday, plus after hour emergencies.
