Facilities Management; +1 Other Administrative Positions Job Description Monitors daily activities of employees and operations which include planning the work schedule, making appropriate job assignments and review upon completion; preparation of employee time for payroll processing; auditing daily cash collections and preparation of cash reports. Maintains necessary files of daily cash receipt data and other required information. Provide student customer service, control storage and disposal of hazardous waste, maintain equipment, file daily and yearly reports, manages supply inventory. Safety review and evaluation of employee performance, compliance oversight, maintain laundry ticket log. Meet with supply vendors/order supplies, prepare leave forms, requisitions, interdepartmental invoices and other forms as needed. Complete faculty and staff payroll deduction billing once-a-month. Serves as point of contact for contractual laundry services and residential students’ laundromat needs. Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Manages the Laundry/Dry Cleaners and Vending and Laundromat budgets. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor degree required. Preferred Qualifications Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate leadership, supervisory and planning abilities.
