Job Description

DescriptionMajor Job ActivitiesKey Responsibilities:

25%

  • Direct in-country maintenance efforts to reconstitute the IqAF F-16 fleet and maximize aircraft availability.20%
  • Assist Program Manager with defining project scope, deliverables, resources, and budget across CLS and partner teams.15%
  • Support development of structured policies, procedures, and repeatable processes for program stability.15%
  • Promote a professional culture of teamwork, trust, and accountability across all program participants.15%
  • Focus daily efforts on meeting the needs of USG and IqAF customers.10%
  • Support additional program management and leadership responsibilities as assigned.

Material & Equipment Directly UsedStandard office and maintenance operations tools; Microsoft Office Suite; program management systems.

Working EnvironmentDeployed management and aircraft maintenance setting; interaction with cross-functional international teams.

Physical ActivitiesAbility to move between administrative, operational, and maintenance environments; travel readiness.

QualificationsEducation:

Senior enlisted (E-9) or officer (O-5) equivalent background preferred in aircraft maintenance or flight operations.

Certifications:

None specifically required, but leadership and program management credentials are desirable.

Experience:

8 to 10 years of relevant experience in this specialty field.

Other Requirements:

U.S. Citizen; able to obtain Secret clearance (interim accepted); available for worldwide deployment including the Middle East.

Skills and Technology Used:

Leadership and organizational planning tools, Microsoft Office, interagency coordination.
