Job Description:
Magnolia Estates of Pearl is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong service mindset, a positive attitude, and excellent time management and organizational skills. This role requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to manage service employees and contractors effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee service employees and contractors. Conduct quality check-ins of homes. Coordinate office and lot appearance and upkeep. Manage warranty work and ensure timely bill back to the factory. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule delivery and setup of homes Establish and maintain procedures to ensure a world-class customer experience. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Provide training and support to service staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Strong service mindset and customer-focused approach. Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities.
